When using SupportPal, clients can submit and manage their tickets within the B2CORE UI.

For submitting and managing tickets, clients are redirected from the B2CORE UI to the Zendesk interface.

When transitioning from the use of SupportPal to Zendesk, you must configure the external connection to Zendesk, and then complete the switch to ensure that your clients can submit new tickets only through Zendesk while still being able to view their SupportPal ticket history.
