Configuration
On this page, you can view a list of connections to email sending services and configure new connections.
General information
ID
The identifier assigned to the connection.
Caption
The named assigned to the connection in the Back Office.
Platform
The name of the email sending service.
Status
The connection status: enabled or disabled.
If the only connection to an email sending service is configured, it can’t be disabled.
To view the connection details, click the Edit button.
Details
On the details page, the Webhook URL field and the Settings block are displayed in addition to the general information:
Sender address
The email address registered on the email sending service.
Sender name
The sender’s name displayed to your email recipients (for example, this may be your company name).
API key
The API key received after registration on the email sending service.
Send email
On this page, you can view a list of outgoing marketing emails.
ID
The email identifier.
Subject
The email subject.
Description
The email text.
Created at
The date and time when the email was created.
Send at
The date and time when the email was sent.
For emails that are sent immediately after they are set up and saved, Instant is displayed in this column.
Platform
The name of the service, such as SendGrid, used to send the email.
Click the magnifying glass icon to check the status of the outgoing email.

ID
The identifier of the email template.
Caption
A brief description of the email template, used in the Back Office.
Subject
The subject of the email.
Description
The main content or body text of the email.
Platform
The name of the service, such as SendGrid, used to send emails based on this template.
