Client request statuses

Learn about the client request statuses used to identify the progress of requests through the approval process

The following statuses can be assigned to client requests:

• Pending — identifies that a request was sent by a client but hasn't yet been processed by the admin.

• Approved — identifies that a request was approved by the admin.

• Rejected — identifies that a request was rejected by the admin.
