How to send funds to another client

Learn how to send funds to another client on the same B2CORE UI via withdrawals or internal transfers

You can send funds to another client registered in the same B2CORE UI.

To do this, use withdrawals as the primary method for moving funds. You can send money via available fiat or crypto payment methods, or through traditional bank transfers, depending on options configured by your broker (for details, refer to How to make deposits and withdrawals).

If your broker enables internal transfers, you can use this faster option instead.

Comparing internal transfers and withdrawals

Internal transfers move funds instantly within the broker’s ecosystem, without incurring network fees or provider commissions. In contrast, withdrawals send money to external systems, such as banks or blockchains, and typically involve higher fees and take more time to process.

To make an internal transfer:

1

Navigate to Funds in the main menu.

The names of menu items and other UI elements depend on your broker’s configuration and may differ from those shown in this guide.

2

Select Internal transfer.

3

Fill in the following fields:

  • Select the source wallet or account from which you want to transfer funds.

  • Enter the ID the recipient client.

  • Enter the wallet ID of the recipient client.

  • Enter the amount to transfer or click 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% to automatically calculate a percentage the source balance that you want to transfer.

4

Click Withdraw.

5

In the popup displaying the transaction details, confirm the transfer.

Depending on your broker’s configuration, funds can be transferred immediately, or a request may be sent for approval. In the latter case, your transfer to another client will be executed once it’s approved by the broker.
