Welcome to the B2CORE UI! Learn how to sign up, complete KYC, secure your account, explore the interface, get the mobile app (if available), and use Helpdesk for support
B2CORE UI is a front-office interface that combines the functionality of a Trader’s Room and CRM in one solution. Its features and appearance are fully configurable by the broker through the B2CORE Back Office.
Using the B2CORE UI, broker clients can register, complete KYC verification, manage wallets and trading accounts, manage their funds via more than 50 supported payment providers, access integrated trading platforms, and take advantage of additional features such as bonuses, savings programs, and Introducing Broker (IB).
This guide covers key features and common actions that broker clients can perform in the UI.
Step 1: Sign up
To create your profile and register in the B2CORE UI:
On the starting page, click Sign up.
Depending on your broker’s configuration, different registration options may be available.

Select the registration type that applies to you, such as Corporate
, Individual
, or other type.

Fill out the registration form by providing your email address, password, and personal details.
Carefully review the agreements and terms, then select the required checkboxes to give your consent.
Click Continue to proceed.

If all information is entered correctly, your profile will be created successfully. Afterward, you will be prompted to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
Step 2: Complete KYC verification
To access full functionality in the B2B2CORE UI, such as higher transaction limits, more payment methods, or the ability to enable trading accounts, it’s required to complete KYC verification.
KYC verification is offered immediately after registration, but it can also be skipped and completed at any time later.

B2CORE can be configured to process KYC either via its built-in KYC provider or through integrated third-party providers such as SumSub, ShuftiPro, or iDenfy.
To complete KYC verification:
On the Dashboard, click Verify now.
Alternatively, navigate to Profile > Verification.
On the Verification page, you can view your current verification level and explore the higher available levels, each typically accompanied by a description of the features unlocked at that level.

Click Upgrade.
Upload the required documents. Ensure that all uploaded documents meet the KYC provider’s requirements to avoid delays or rejections.
Click Submit to submit your documents and start the verification process.
The status of your verification request will be updated in real time:
Waiting – documents are under review.
Approved – verification has been successfully completed.
Rejected – verification failed; the reason for rejection is displayed.
Once your verification request is approved, you'll see the updated verification level on the Verification page, and the related features will become available to you.
Step 3: Ensure security by enabling 2FA
To protect your profile from unauthorized access, it's strongly recommended that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA). You can choose to receive verification codes via a time-based one-time password (TOTP) app, such as Google Authenticator, or through SMS.

Step 4: Explore the UI
Main menu
Use the main menu to access specific functionalities designed for managing your finances, trading accounts, and other features configured by your broker.
Use the Collapse/Expand button to adjust the main menu display.

Topbar options
At the top of the B2CORE UI, the topbar provides quick access to the following features:
Dark/Light theme switch — toggle between dark and light modes for your interface
Language dropdown — select your preferred language for the interface
Notifications — open the Notifications panel to view and manage alerts and notifications
Profile icon — access your Profile menu and settings

Profile menu
The Profile menu provides access to the following settings:
Profile info — view and manage your personal details
Verification — check your current KYC verification level and upgrade to higher levels
Security — configure security settings for your profile
Logout — sign out of your profile

Step 5: Get the mobile app
To access your profile on mobile devices, download the mobile app for iOS or Android — if supported by your broker.

Step 6: Use Helpdesk to get assistance
Click Helpdesk in the main menu to access support, where you can use the online chat bot for quick help or submit tickets.
Depending on how Helpdesk is set up, you may either access support directly within the interface using chat and ticket tracking or be redirected to an external support portal such as Zendesk. Once tickets are closed, you can view their statuses and rate the responses.
