# Get started

B2CORE UI is a front-office web interface that combines the functionality of a Trader’s Room and CRM in one solution. Its features and appearance are fully configurable by the broker through the B2CORE Back Office. In addition to the web interface, mobile apps for iOS and Android can be downloaded, if supported by the broker (for details, refer to [How to get the mobile app](https://docs.b2core.b2broker.com/front-office-guide/how-to-get-the-mobile-app)).

Using the B2CORE UI and apps, broker clients can register, complete KYC verification, manage wallets and trading accounts, manage their funds via more than 50 supported payment providers, access integrated trading platforms, and take advantage of additional features such as bonuses, savings programs, and Introducing Broker (IB).

This guide covers key features and common actions that broker clients can perform in the B2CORE UI and apps.

## Step 1: Sign up

To create your profile and register in the B2CORE UI or app:

If all information is entered correctly, your profile will be created successfully. Afterward, you will be prompted to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

## Step 2: Complete KYC verification

To access full functionality in the B2B2CORE UI and app, such as higher transaction limits, more payment methods, or the ability to enable trading accounts, it’s required to complete KYC verification.

KYC verification is offered immediately after registration, but it can also be skipped and completed at any time later.

B2CORE can be configured to process KYC either via its built-in KYC provider or through integrated third-party providers such as **SumSub** or **ShuftiPro**.

To complete KYC verification:

In the B2CORE UI, click **Verify now** on the **Dashboard**, or navigate to **Profile** > **Verification**.

In the app, tap **Verify now** on the **Home** screen, or open **Profile**.

In the **Verification** section, you can view your current verification level and explore the higher available levels, each typically accompanied by a description of the features unlocked at that level.

Upload the required documents. Ensure that all uploaded documents meet the KYC provider’s requirements to avoid delays or rejections.

Depending on the KYC configuration, you may need to complete one or more accreditation tests before uploading your documents. If so, complete the tests first, then proceed with the document upload.

Click **Submit** to submit your documents and start the verification process.

The status of your verification request will be updated in real time:

* **Waiting** – documents are under review.
* **Approved** – verification has been successfully completed.
* **Rejected** – verification failed; the reason for rejection is displayed.

Once your verification request is approved, you'll see the updated verification level in the **Verification** section, and the related features will become available to you.

## Step 3: Secure your profile

### Enable 2FA

To protect your profile from unauthorized access, it's strongly recommended that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA). You can choose to receive verification codes via a time-based one-time password (TOTP) app, such as Google Authenticator, or through SMS.

### App security options

In the **iOS** app, setting a **passcode** is required during sign-up, while **Face ID** is optional. Clients can enable **Face ID** at any time in the app settings for faster sign-in.

## Step 4: Explore the B2CORE UI

### Main menu

Use the main menu to access specific functionalities designed for managing your finances, trading accounts, and other features configured by your broker.

Use the **Collapse/Expand** button to adjust the main menu display.

### Dashboard

The B2CORE UI **Dashboard** provides a clear, intuitive overview of your portfolio and financial state. The **Dashboard** is a static, non-customizable page with the following widgets:

* **Portfolio**: displays the total balance with the ability to view allocation across wallets and trading accounts. Use the **Deposit** button for quick access to funding. In addition, access to other financial transactions such as **Transfers**, **Exchanges**, and **Withdrawals** is available from the widget.

  The tabs used to view fund allocation, such as **Wallets** and **Trading Platforms**, are displayed in the widget only if the related menus are enabled. If either menu is disabled, the corresponding tab is hidden from the widget.
* **Last Transactions**: displays a list of recent financial transactions along with their statuses for quick review and provides access to the full **Transaction History**.

  The widget is displayed on the **Dashboard** only if the related **Transaction History** menu is enabled. If the menu is hidden, the widget won’t appear on the **Dashboard**.

  Fiat currencies in the widget always use a precision of two decimals. All other currencies follow the decimal settings configured for each currency by the broker.

  The **All** button is hidden if you don't yet have any transaction history. It becomes visible once transactions appear, allowing you to view the full history directly from the widget.
* **Trading Accounts**: displays active accounts, marked as favorites or accounts with non-zero balances, for easy access, and provides options to create a new account or go to trading with a single click.

### Total balance in the Portfolio

The total balance shown in the **Portfolio** widget is the combined value of balances from wallets and trading accounts:

* **Trading accounts** show a client’s actual withdrawable funds, calculated as the account balances plus unrealized PnL, excluding used margin, credit, and bonuses.
* **Wallets** show ready-to-use funds stored in the client’s wallets, excluding any held amounts.

### Topbar options

At the top of the B2CORE UI, the topbar provides quick access to the following features:

* **Dark/Light theme** switch — toggle between dark and light modes for your interface
* **Language** dropdown — select your preferred language for the interface
* **Notifications** — displays a counter of new notifications and opens the respective panel when clicked. Currently, in this panel, clients can view alerts about **new login attempts**, **new login devices**, and **changes to passwords** or **2FA methods**, all grouped under the **Security** category.

  Click **View all** to open the **Notifications** page and view all received notifications. From this page, clients can review notification details and quickly navigate to the **Security** section by clicking a notification.

  More notification types will be supported in future updates.
* **Announcements** — displays a counter of unread announcements and opens the respective panel when clicked. In this panel, you can view all announcements, read them, or mark all as read.
* **Profile** icon — access your [Profile menu](#profile-menu) and settings

### Profile menu

The **Profile** menu provides access to the following settings:

* **Profile Info** — view and manage your personal details
* **Verification** — check your current KYC verification level and upgrade to higher levels
* **Security** — configure security settings for your profile
* **Withdrawal Presets** — save withdrawal details to make quick withdrawals without re-entering the same information each time
* **Logout** — sign out of your profile

## Step 5: Explore the app

### Home

The **Home** screen is your starting point in the app. It provides a quick overview through widgets such as **Total Balance**, **Last Transactions**, **Favorite Trading Accounts**, **Wallets**, and **IB Program**.

### Wallets

In **Wallets**, you can view all your wallets, check the total estimated balance across them, and manage your funds. This section allows you to deposit, withdraw, exchange, and transfer money between wallets or to your trading accounts using the supported payment providers.

The **Services** provides centralized access to all available services and features. Each service is represented as a tile that redirects to its respective menu. Tiles can be easily rearranged using drag and drop.

In **Trading**, you can view and manage your trading accounts. From this section, you can create new trading accounts, check balances, and access integrated trading platforms supported by the broker.

The **Activities** section gives you a full history of your operations in the app. In the section, you can track deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account-related actions in one place.

## Step 6: Use HelpDesk to get assistance

In the B2CORE UI, click **HelpDesk** in the main menu to access support, where you can use the online chat bot for quick help or submit tickets.

In the app, tap the icon in the topbar, or access **HelpDesk** through **Services**.

Depending on how HelpDesk is set up, you may either access support directly within the interface using chat and ticket tracking or be redirected to an external support portal such as Zendesk. Once tickets are closed, you can view their statuses and rate the responses.
