# Compliances tab

On this tab, you can view, add, and edit text notes, or comments, related to a particular client.

These comments are displayed only in the Back Office. Your clients won't receive any notifications upon adding these comments.

The following information is displayed about each internal comment:

**Comment**

The text of an internal comment about a client.

***

**Date**

The date and time when a comment was added.

***

**Creator**

The administrator who added a comment.

***

**Last Editor**

The administrator who has last edited a comment.
