# How to exchange funds

You can exchange funds between your wallets and trading accounts in the B2CORE UI.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
In the B2CORE UI, navigate to **Funds** in the main menu.

{% hint style="info" %}
The names of menu items and other UI elements depend on your broker’s configuration and may differ from those shown in this guide.
{% endhint %}
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select **Exchange**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Select the *source* and *destination* wallets or accounts between which you want to exchange funds.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Enter the amount to exchange or click **25%**, **50%**, **75%**, or **100%** to automatically calculate a percentage the *source* balance that you want to exchange.

The exchange rate and any applied commission will be displayed.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
Click **Exchange**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
In the popup displaying the transaction details, confirm the exchange.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

Depending on your broker’s configuration, funds can be exchanged immediately, or a request may be sent for approval. In the latter case, your exchange will be executed once it’s approved by the broker.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.b2core.b2broker.com/front-office-guide/manage-your-finances/how-to-exchange-funds.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
