How to create a request resolution type

1. Navigate to System > Requests > Resolutions Types in the menu.

2. Click Create.

3. Fill out the form:

• Set Name of the type (for example, financial).

• Set Caption — the title of the type that will be displayed in the resolution types drop-down list (for example, Financial Rejection).

• Set Enabled to Yes.

4. Click Save to create the type.
