Events log

List

This subsection presents client-related notes and comments for which you were marked as a recipient (which means that for these comments, your email address is listed in the Noticed field). Notes and comments can be added on the Event log tab in the client details.

Client ID

The client identifier in the system.

Client Email

The client email address.

Author Admin

The admin who created a note or a comment.

Message

A note or comment about the client added on the Event log tab in the client details.

Date

The date and time when a note or comment was created.

Categories

In this subsection, you can define event log categories to organize client-related notes and comments when adding them on the Event log tab in the client details, as well as view and edit the existing categories.

Category ID

The identifier of the category in the system.

Caption

The category name.

Created At

The date and time when the category was created.

Updated At

The date and time when the category was last updated.
